Scope of work
Every project begins with a written scope agreed after the discovery call. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Payment
Packages are typically invoiced 50% upfront and 50% on delivery unless otherwise agreed. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Timelines and client input
Delivery timelines assume timely provision of account access, brand assets and feedback. Delays in these areas shift the delivery date accordingly.
Ownership
All funnels, workflows, snapshots and assets built inside your account belong to you on final payment.
